Green Bilbao
Green Bilbao’ by Iñigo and Koldo Kortabitarte from Kobika in Durango won the txapela of the Bizkaia Pintxos Championship, which was held at the Palacio de Congresos Europa in Vitoria-Gasteiz in the context of the Miniature “Pintxos” Congress.
The “pintxo” is a tribute to the Bilbao tile made with a pistachio bread stuffed with spider crab and smoked and finished with guacamole.
